DataStreams Launches 'DS Academy', Online Integrated Education Platform

[ITDaily] DataStreams held a launch event for 'DS Academy' on the 24th of February. During the event, there was an update on the progress made so far as well as an in-house professor appointment ceremony. DS Academy is an online integrated education platform that provides learning content that combines DataStreams products with technology, theory, and practical experience. As the number of customers increased at home and abroad, so did the size of the company. Therefore, it was deemed crucial that DataStreams’ customers, employees and partners were able to accumulate a greater understanding of global big data and data governance through systematic and standardized education. To achieve this, DS academy was created.

For the past 21 years, DataStreams has consistently focused on developing products in the data management and integration fields, leading the big data industry with data fabric product TeraONE.

DS Academy will consist of 57 lectures in nine courses: product education, consulting, big data infrastructure, data integration, big data governance, big data fabric, AI big data analysis practice, AI big data analysis (typical), and AI big data analysis (abnormal). The plan is to offer a trial in July after developing lecture plans, filming and editing lectures, and inspecting the contents for each subject.

DataStreams plans to provide customized training services to customers and partners as well as in-house employees through DS Academy. The DS Academy education program also aims to provide a differentiated education program that properly combines theory, technology, and practical experience in various processes such as consulting, big data infrastructure, governance, fabric, and AI analysis. It is hoped that these topics will be of great value to job seekers, students, and the general public interested in big data.

"After thinking about how to share what the company has experienced over the past 20 years with our employees and global customers, the DS Academy has been launched," CEO Lee Young-Sang announced. "We have put together a team of professors for DS Academy and will be cooperating with a number of universities, as well as domestic and foreign companies. He added, "DS Academy will be the best big data education center."
